Homicide and Victoria Police

Homicide Detective Paul Scarlett has investigated and solved many of Victoria’s most infamous homicide cases over the last 2 decades. Paul’s wife, Rania, also a member, was one of the first responding police on the ground at the 1996 Port Arthur massacre. Rania was awarded a Bravery Award from the Tasmanian Premier for her heroism.
