President's Comments

This week is obviously MASK week and is great to see the general public abiding by the requests.

We are all thinking of Geoff Kneale and Melissa with their COVID Struggles and wake up call to us all.

Have a great week, stay home, stay well and Open Opportunities wherever you can.
Cheers President Greg 😊

Sergeant's Snippets

Obviously Rotarians are an honest lot! Not one scenario in last Thursday’s Would I Lie to You segment was an untruth.

If you have a ‘Fine from the floor” email it to Estelle at ekelly2@optusnet.com.au Estelle will agenda it for the Sergeant’s session. You decide if you wish to speak to it yourself or have Estelle do that.

The second round of The Most Creative Thing I have Done in Lockdown will be shared at this week’s meeting.

Stay safe and stay well.
Estelle.

Voluntary Service Fund

The Voluntary Service Fund has been established to encourage all those who wish to do so, to make voluntary contributions to our SERVICE account in lieu of their normal weekly Rotary expenses.

Our Club has been supporting one of our Rotaractors who is an international student and hence fell through the cracks with the government support.

As part of the Youth Committee's support program we aim to provide further assistance to her in the coming weeks.

This is a great example how continuing support by members via the VSF enables us to continue our SERVICE programs, whilst other fundraising is not possible. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.

If you wish to make a regular or one-off contribution the account to use is:
RCNB Service
BSB 633 000, a/c 146 140 785
being sure to annotate your payment VSF.
