Sergeant's Snippets
Welcome back to 2021 RCNB activities. We are looking forward to a year which is less tumultuous than 2020.
The opt in system for attending meetings is still operating. Notify Hugo of your intention to attend the weekly meeting.
Thank you to those members who have checked the web site regarding the roster for Club duties. A reminder to arrange a swap if you are not able to do duty as listed on the roster, then let Estelle know of the swap. Many thanks.

Gardening is Underway in 2021 - from Neil Marshall
With the schools keen to participate again in our Gardening Program for 2021 ,commencing Friday Feb 5th I am looking for some people to fill those spots on the roster.
Apart from the first school term in 2020 no school student participation was available, however to keep the program alive 9 gardens were worked on by a terrific team of Rotary Members who achieved great things
Just part of an horrendously overgrown garden in North Balwyn tackled by Club members Neil Marshall, Rob and Jennifer Hortin, Geoff Haddy, Greg Cribbes and Friend of Rotary, Ian Glenny. Eight bins were filled marking the start of what we expect will be several more visits, especially when schools resume. There’s much more to do. The client was referred to us by Camcare and was very grateful for everything that was done at the property.

The Grand Prix
You will have no doubt heard that the F1 Australian Grand Prix, scheduled for March this year, has been rescheduled to run in mid November this year.
Should the F1 Grand Prix Corporation revert to the ‘normal’ schedule in 2022, we will be involved in catering activities twice in the 2021-2022 Rotary Year.
