Tim had a promising footy career, being briefly drafted with Melbourne FC before playing regularly with Port Melb FC.
 
Running a business in coaching young children in sport was his passion, and before too long was coaching other business owners through the franchise system
 
Within all of this, Tim has lived with Multiple Sclerosis and has been a passionate ambassador for the cause
 
Tim started at LSCPH (Lord Somers Camp & Power House) in 2018 which is a true alignment on both his values and experience

Edible Mushrooms Boost Immune Health
 
I don't think we appreciate how important mushrooms can be to human health, particularly as an adjunct to immune health.
 
Medicinal mushrooms have also been proposed as a novel therapy that may improve cancer treatment and patients’ survival showing antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular-protective, antidiabetic, and anticancer properties.
 
It is well-established that mushrooms are adept at immune modulation assisting the production of hematopoietic stem cells in the marrow.  Stem cells can develop into all types of blood cells, including white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets.
