I was thrilled to welcome members, partners, colleagues and especially the cream of the St. Arnaud Rotary Club, Greg Fithall, Colin Coates, and Russell Steel who have avoided the 3-hour one-way trip to our meeting on Thursday evening.

The Club AGM will be held on 19 November.
 
 
Board positions will be voted on at that meeting - there are quite a few vacancies listed on the Nomination Form.

The Zone 8 Convention was held virtually from Alice Springs and featured some brilliant speakers.

I will be contacting members seeking support over the next 2 to 3 weeks. Fellowship Weekend in Bright

I am pleased to report that we currently have 24 members who wish to attend. 16 will stay the 3 nights and 8 just Friday & Saturday nights. The total number attending is 38. Golf bookings for Sat & Sun have been confirmed. Soon I will provide information regarding deposits and planned activities.

Our guest speaker, Dave Burt, invited members to the SALT Down-Low Breakfast on 16 October.

October is here and the Team has started walking in the End Polio Challenge.
 
Our Team of 13 has undertaken to walk at least 1,000kms in October.

The Voluntary Service Fund has been established to encourage all those who wish to do so, to make voluntary contributions to our SERVICE account in lieu of their normal weekly Rotary expenses.
