Having deferred the above Opening to 12th September, we hope to see you at the above event.

After all, this Project raises the profile of Rotary in our local community and may attract new Members.

RCNB is providing the Sausage Sizzle, so please call Imre to Volunteer.

RCNB is also providing Volunteers to setup/Marshal/clean up on the day – give me a call, please.

Info on WWC certificates is required by Council for Food vendors like us, and Volunteers.
Advertising via a letter box drop will be on Saturday 4th September at 10am – give me a call, please.

I have been asked as to the Funding pledged from the start of this Project:
RC Glenferrie $38k, RC Camberwell $37k, Foundation $9k, RC Hawthorn $8k, RC Canterbury $8k

A unique feature of the playground will be an interactive play sculpture designed by Benjamin Gilbert at Agency of Sculpture.
It includes huge oars to enable little arms to row, a musical feature, water features and some other play items.

RCNB is providing support/knowledge/experience/contacts from arranging the Australia Day event.
We are hopeful that this deferral now avoids lockdown - all is now in place to go ahead, so fingers crossed.

Cheers  Greg Cribbes Mob 0413 270403 😊
